My two week old MacBook Pro broke, but Apple fixed it...

It worked fine for a while, but the Airport card kept disappearing from the menu bar, a cold boot would temporarily restore it.

I rang Apple, expecting them to take the laptop in and repair it, I would have been happy with this. Instead, the customer service rep told me they'd just replace the whole thing. They sent out the replacement straight away, not even requiring that I return the old one first. A TNT man came to pick up the old laptop at no charge.

Makes me glad that I bought the world's best laptop.
